Paul Russell is a Commercial Property Solicitor who advises businesses, developers, investors, landlords and tenants on a broad range of commercial property matters. He provides pragmatic, commercially focused advice, helping clients navigate transactions efficiently while protecting their long-term interests.
Paul qualified as a Solicitor with HSR Law in 2007 before spending five years with a large national law firm, where he gained extensive experience acting on a wide variety of commercial property transactions. He returned to HSR Law in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of expertise gained from advising clients across a diverse range of industries.
Working across our Doncaster and Mexborough offices, Paul advises on all aspects of commercial property, from acquisitions and disposals to complex development projects, asset management and landlord and tenant matters. He works closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives, providing practical solutions and clear advice at every stage of a transaction.
Paul is known for his approachable manner, attention to detail and ability to manage transactions efficiently, whether acting for established businesses, property investors, developers, banks, lenders or first-time commercial property owners.
