Louise Rudkin is a Senior Associate Solicitor in HSR Law’s Private Client team, based at our Doncaster office. She specialises in Wills, estate and succession planning, probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and trusts.
Louise qualified as a Solicitor in March 2009 and has specialised in Private Client work throughout her career. She joined HSR Law in November 2021 and has considerable experience advising individuals and families across South Yorkshire on planning for the future and dealing with the legal and practical issues that can arise following the death of a loved one.
Louise advises a wide range of clients, including individuals, families and business owners She understands that every client’s circumstances are different and takes the time to understand their personal, family and financial position before providing advice tailored to their needs.
Her work includes preparing Wills, advising on estate and succession planning, administering estates, preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney and dealing with trusts. She can also assist with more complex estates and circumstances where business or other assets form part of a client’s estate.
Louise recognises that Private Client matters can involve difficult decisions and sensitive family circumstances. She aims to make the process as straightforward as possible by providing clear, practical advice and guiding clients through each stage in an approachable and supportive manner.
Before beginning her legal career, Louise obtained a 2:1 honours degree in Spanish and Philosophy from the University of Hull, which included a year studying at the University of Seville. She subsequently obtained a 2:1 degree in Law from Sheffield Hallam University in 2005 before continuing her professional legal studies at Nottingham Law School.
