Charis is a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor.
Charis graduated from Keele University with a 2:1 Honours Degree in Law with Criminology before completing the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Leeds.
Before commencing her Training Contract, Charis gained valuable experience as a Legal Assistant at regional law firms in Wakefield, where she developed a strong foundation in residential conveyancing. She later joined a practice in Pontefract, where she completed her Training Contract with a focus on both residential and commercial property, qualifying as a Solicitor.
With over 10 years’ experience in conveyancing, Charis is a valued member of HSR Law’s Residential Conveyancing team. She advises clients on a wide range of residential property matters, acting for first-time buyers, home movers, landlords, investors and those remortgaging or transferring property.
Charis understands that every property transaction is unique and is committed to providing clear, practical advice throughout the process. She prides herself on delivering a proactive, approachable service, keeping clients informed at every stage and working closely with estate agents, lenders and other professionals to help transactions complete as smoothly as possible.
