Amy Fields

Amy graduated from the University of Derby with a 2:1 Honours Degree in Law before completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Leeds. She went on to complete her Training Contract with a law firm in Scunthorpe before joining HSR Law in December 2018.

Since joining HSR Law, Amy has become a Partner of the firm and is now Head of Residential Conveyancing. In this role, she leads one of the firm’s busiest departments, overseeing a team of conveyancing professionals while continuing to manage her own caseload.

Amy has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of residential property transactions, from straightforward sales and purchases through to more complex matters involving new build properties, shared ownership, transfers of equity and auction transactions. She understands that moving home can be one of life’s most significant events and is committed to making the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

As Head of Department, Amy is responsible for maintaining the high standards of service that HSR Law is known for. She works closely with her team to ensure transactions progress efficiently, clients remain informed throughout, and the department continues to deliver an excellent client experience.

Amy prides herself on providing clear, practical advice and building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other professionals to help transactions proceed smoothly. Her approachable manner and proactive communication have earned her an excellent reputation with both clients and colleagues.
