Helen Marshall is a highly experienced Residential Conveyancer based at HSR Law’s Gainsborough office, specialising in residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, traditional and modern method auctions, repossessions and complex conveyancing matters.
Helen joined HSR Law in 1998, having previously worked for another local firm. With over 25 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, Helen has acted for clients in thousands of property transactions ranging from straightforward house moves to more complex leasehold, probate, auction and unregistered land matters.
Helen acts for a wide range of clients including first-time buyers, home movers, investors, landlords and executors. She deals with the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties together with remortgages, transfers of equity, Buy to Let transactions, new build purchases and government-backed home ownership schemes.
