Kingsley is a solicitor currently working in the Corporate and Commercial Department.
Kingsley joined the HSR Law’s Doncaster Office in September 2022 as a trainee solicitor, having achieved a First-Class Honours Law degree from the University of Liverpool. He went on to complete the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and a Master’s in Law at the University of Law.
In September 2024, Kingsley qualified as a solicitor into HSR Law’s Corporate and Commercial Department. Kingsley supports the team across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on Group restructures, company share schemes, and employee ownership trusts.
