Kelly is a Paralegal in HSR Law’s Private Client team, assisting clients with the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Kelly joined HSR Law in 2019, bringing with her considerable experience in estate administration. Prior to joining the firm, she spent over 10 years working for a UK banking corporation dealing with the administration of estates. During this time, Kelly also obtained her STEP Administration of Estates qualification, developing a strong understanding of the practical and legal issues involved in administering an estate.
Since joining HSR Law, Kelly has continued to develop her Private Client experience and now works primarily with clients preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, helping individuals and families put appropriate arrangements in place for the future.
Kelly understands that discussing Wills and future decision-making can sometimes feel daunting. She adopts a warm and personable approach, taking the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances and helping to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible.
As part of her continued professional development, Kelly is due to commence her CILEX studies in March 2027, further developing her legal knowledge and expertise within Private Client law.
