William is the Operations Manager.
William is HSR Law’s Operations Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the firm, ensuring the business has the systems, infrastructure and processes in place to deliver an efficient and high-quality service to clients.
Will joined HSR Law in 2006 after completing his A-Levels, starting his career as an Office Junior and Receptionist in the firm’s Doncaster office. He subsequently progressed into a Secretarial and Accounts role before becoming Office Manager for the Doncaster office. Following a number of successful operational and business improvement initiatives, Will was appointed Practice Manager and now serves as Operations Manager.
Having worked within the firm for almost two decades, Will has developed an in-depth understanding of every aspect of the business. He leads on operational strategy, technology, compliance support and supplier management, playing a key role in ensuring HSR Law continues to invest in modern systems and efficient working practices.
Will has overseen the implementation of a number of firm-wide projects, including the introduction of digital client onboarding, client portal technology, case management enhancements and operational improvements designed to improve both the client experience and the efficiency of the firm’s legal teams. He also manages the firm’s relationships with a wide range of external suppliers and service providers and is responsible for maintaining key accreditations and lender panel memberships.
