Jonathan joined HSR’s corporate and commercial team in late 2018 and is currently training to qualify as a solicitor. As a consequence of the experience gained in running and subsequently selling his business, Jonathan can relate to a client’s requirements from a practical perspective.
Jonathan sold his successful franchised business and is employed by the Firm as a paralegal. Jonathan specialises in the sale and acquisition of Companies for £1m or less and franchise matters.
